RETURNS POLICY:

Sunso continually sell quality solar goods. We stand by all of our products and do our best to completely satisfy all of our customers’ needs and wants.

Because all products have been inspected before shipping, before you send back your order, first contact your sales representative and discuss what the problem is and what might be causing it. Often your sales representative can troubleshoot the problem over the phone, by suggesting that you change a setting or make an adjustment, to solve the problem.

If the products are originally defective and need to be returned, Sunso will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN). The RMAN must be clearly indicated on the outside of the box. You may return the items to us in their original packaging within 30 DAYS of the invoice date for a full refund (less shipping).

If the products are not defective and need to be returned, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for opened products. Please include any and all paperwork and accessories that you received with the order.

If you want to repair your products and the products are repairable, Sunso will repair or replace the products. All relevant costs will be confirmed with you in advance.

After 30 DAYS, we may not accept your returns. You must contact us before you send back your order.

All returns must include a statement or note about what the problem is and when it occurs; this will give our technicians some clues to help their diagnosis.

All products returned must be freight prepaid.
